So, in coming out of the insanity and awesomeness that was the Gathering of the Juggalos, I'm now out in Las Vegas for the annual EQ FanFaire. From clowns to elves, this summer is definitely shaping up to be one worth remembering...

We're bettin that when you aren't out Chicken Huntin or Cat Peelin, you're sittin in from of a TV, controller in hand, gettin your game on. We're bettin when we say words like Mario. or Zelda, or Tetris, you can picture those 8-bit pixels, and hear all those classic video game themes playin thru your dome. Now get that head to bangin, and imagine all those themes cranked up past eleven, and rockin out from the stage at the Gathering. Add in crazy costumes, confetti, and an all out party complete with down-ass Juggalettes puttin on a sexy show, and you got an idea what to expect from Powerglove. Actually, stop imagining. You just can't expect this level of devastation.
The Video Game Speed Metal outfit known as Powerglove is, by a wide margin, the freshest, nerdiest band that has ever existed. Their insane and decidedly over-the-top live show uses suits of armor, animal pelts, silly string, puppets, foam bats and swords, go go dancers, and buckets of free candy to set the mood while the band windmills through thrashing, shredded metal renditions of Super Mario, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Final Fantasy. Catch them Friday night headlining the second stage and you'll see why video games and speed metal were meant to be together as one. Keep an eye out for go-go girl Lilith Astaroth, a sexy-ass Juggalette sure to calibrate your joystick!

I've been a down a$$ lette for over a decade and I've never been able to get out to IL for the Gathering before. You can imagine my excitement when I was contacted personally by Psychopathic Records to discuss getting my sexy ass out there to perform at this year's Juggalo Gathering!!!!! Talk about a fuckin dream come true!!

well I just booked my flight to Oregon for the fuckin Powerglove & Dragonforce show. hehe!! it's going to be fuckin awesome!! I'd post the show details for anyone that lives out there... but it's already sold out. 1500 people motherfuckaaa! omgz. I can't wait. :) RAWR. Then I think we're hittin up CA before heading back to crapsachusettes. I've been dying to go to CA for a few years now, so it's going to be awesome. I hope to meet a lot of fans and some of my girl friends who live out there. WEEE!!

The show was amazing. Sold out in 30 minutes - sorry to anyone who came down and couldn't get in. We'll be hitting up the ME again in June, though! Peelander-Z was fuckin amazing too, those guys are the fuckin shit.
